Gravity was started by two friends that grew into family. Both of us have had our time in and out of the food service industry and have always maintained a passion for it. The time has come to turn our hobby and passion of true smoked BBQ into our way of life. It was this desire and passion that sparked the idea of Gravity. Many people ask where the name Gravity comes from or what does it mean? So to start .....NO!.... Its not just a style of smoker. Its that pulling feeling in life that continues to direct you and pull you towards what it is you are supposed to do in life. Its something we all feel but don’t always listen to. Well for us this is our Gravity! We look forward to sharing this feeling and experience with all of you while making friends along the way and increasing the Gravity Family!
